The arming of company personnel is carried out in strict compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the licenses for private security operations. Only certified service firearms and special equipment permitted for use by private security organizations are used in operations. The arsenal includes service firearms of limited and authorized use, as well as special equipment such as personal protective gear, rubber batons, handcuffs, gas and aerosol devices, electroshock devices, and other tools provided for by regulatory requirements.

The selection of weapons and equipment is carried out individually, taking into account the category of the facility, the level of potential threats, and the specifics of the assigned tasks. All employees undergo mandatory professional training, regular certification, and skill assessments in the safe and lawful use of firearms and special equipment. The use of weapons is strictly regulated by law, with priority given to preserving human life and health, minimizing risks, and preventing potential threats.

Staff training is carried out on a systematic basis in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and regulatory acts governing security activities. Only employees who have completed mandatory training, passed knowledge assessments, and been certified are allowed to work. The program includes both theoretical and practical training. The theoretical block covers the legal foundations of the use of force, special means, and weapons, standards of interaction with civilians and law enforcement agencies, as well as operational procedures in various situations. Special attention is paid to the legality of the use of force and safety compliance. The practical component focuses on developing key skills: firearms training, tactics for standard and emergency situations, physical conditioning, as well as handling weapons and special equipment. Regular drills are conducted to prepare for emergency response scenarios.

Separate medical training is provided: employees are trained in first aid for injuries, bleeding, loss of consciousness, and respiratory arrest, with mandatory practical exercises and regular skill updates. Employees undergo periodic re-certification, including assessments of physical and psychological readiness, as well as scheduled and unscheduled training sessions. Training is aimed at developing discipline, stress resilience, and the ability to make quick decisions in the interest of client safety.
